straightening shampoo?

Question Posted Wednesday July 26 2006, 2:13 pm

i really want to get a shampoo that straightens your hair. i don't have really wavy or curly hair, but its kinda wavy.idk it just annoys me. my cousin said something about a new garnier frutisse? (sp?) or i was thinking the purple sunsilk. idk. so could anyone tell me which one works better, and if there was any more good ones?
thanks xo

Go with Sunsilk, I haven't used the kind that straightens yet, but everything else I've ever tried from their line, I've loved. And I've tried Garnier, and agree with those before me, that if anything, it makes it worse.

Hey =-)
Well I think Purple Sunsilk
will work better, because I've bought
Garnier Fructisse before and it made my hair
even frizzier. Or you could try (like someone said)
Pantene Pro-V , that one works too.

Neither Garnier Fructisse or Herbal Essences will work. Trust me, I'm in the same boat as you are. Both just made my hair kinda frizzy...lol
Pantene Pro-V sleek 'n' smooth, or whatever it is, does work, but it doesn't smell as good as the other two.
Good luck.

I just started using the purple sunsilk. My hair feels really healthy and it is straighter than it was. If you use a blow dryer and a brush it comes out really straight.. smells yummy too :)

Purple sunsilk is better, i think.
It doesn't totally straighten your hair,
but it makes it straigher.

Hope I helped.

and before you waste your money
it doesnt work.
my hair is actually wavy from it now
like my hair was wavy before
but now its evn more wavy
so your better luck on investing in a straightner
i have one and its more of a better chance.
