Small talk is a really good way to get to know someone better, so keep on doing what you're doing. Eventually ask her if she wants to do something sometime maybe after your class and then you can get to know her even better. I bet you'll have no problem, good luck :) [ laycieee's advice column | Ask laycieee A Question ]

Start with some small talk, but find out what else she's interested in. Find other things you have in common, talk about that, ask her about her pets if she has them. Build it up to the point where she starts to enjoy talking to you. If this is a thing where you eventually want to be more than friends, ask her out to lunch or a cup of coffee one day.

Aw.
That's definitely adorable.
Of course you're doing the right thing! One day, compliment her hair, or like her makeup, or like just something on her. And then the next day tell her how much you love how she dresses, and you think she looks pretty all the time. :]
Girls love compliments, just don't overdo it.

Maybe after a few times talking to her just say like, Hey, do you want to hang out sometime before or after piano? Chances are shell say yes!
