As for the positive pregnancy test, the home test aren't accurate all the time. That's why they suggest you take more than one. [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]

brookagurl answered Tuesday July 25 2006, 11:19 am: You sound pregnant to me. The second time, the test might not have been taken correctly..(i.e. not enough urine on the strip). I suggest going to your doctor just to make sure. Take another test in the mean time. [ brookagurl's advice column | Ask brookagurl A Question ]

I would suggest that you go to the doctor, he can give you a blood test which are pretty much foolproof.

For a test to be as accurate as possible, take one at least a week after your first missed period. If you think you recently got pregnant, weight gain won't be a sign of a baby. You generally won't notice a lot of weight gain until well after your first month. There's also a countless number of reasons why you may be feeling bad.
False positives are rare (far more rare than false negatives), but they do happen. Since you're still getting your period, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
