not eating if i exsersize and dont eat for 12 hours will i lose weight and should i drink water

ABSOULELY NO! You will deffinetly not loose weight.
Your body works like a mind, if it doesnt get food for a long time It starts to think its never going to get food again, so the next time you do eat your body will store it as fat , thinking its not going to get more food.So the best thing to do is eat a healthy 3 meals and 2 snacks and yes drink plenty of water!

You should eat regualarly, in serving sizes, and drink alot of water, as well as exersize.
You will gain wait eventually if you don't eat because sooner or later you would get cravings and eat alot. ]
Starving yourself is bad! in the long run you won't loose weight. You will gain because your body with adapt. What i would do is have a healthy breakfast like oatmeal or cherios. A light snack like a piece of fruit for lunch. then i nice healthy dinner like boneless skinless chicken and a salad. You can eat lightly but don't stop eating at all

If you dont eat regularly you will actually gain weight, so dont starve yourself. if you dont eat for areally long time, then eat somthing and like "pig out" itll screw with your metabilism and itll mess your weight up. excerzise reg. eat healthy and drink lots of water. it burns calories. ]
yes waters good for you and all but its bad to not eat for so long because then once you start eating normal agian you just gain the weight back!! ]
Besides the fact the skipping meals is bad for you, it also slows your metabolism which causes you to gain weight. You also won't have enough energy to exersize properly. If you really want to lose weigh, you should eat a balanced diet and exersize regularly. That is the best way to lose weight. Drinking water helps. Good Luck.

NO. EAT. omggg, it slows down your metablism not eating! duhh.
-you should drink ATLEAST 6-8 glasses of water per day.
-make sure you eat breakfast
- & take a walk dont run, walking you lose more weight
-dancing burns up to 300 calories an hour.
-having full sleep, makes you less hungry
-don't over exercise, & dont skip meals.. bc youll end up just eating it all back trust me.

well; you might not techically L0SE weight,
because you won`t have enough energy to work out, but if you drink 8 glasses/bottles of water a day, you will lose a little bit of weight.
if i were you, i would just eat good and exercise.
and D0 N0T skip your meals. you will just get even unhealthier.

no. by not eating for over 5or 6 hours at a time, your metabolism will slow and you will actually gain weight eventually.
if you want your metabolism to speed up....instead try...
1. ALWAYS eat a good breakfast
2. Drink ice water when you can, it burns calories
3. Eat 4 to 6 six small meals, 2 to 3 hours apart.
4. Include more energy foods such as whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits.
5. excercise excercise exercise!
6. Create a walking routine to increase metabolism at least three to four times a week. Walk 30 to 40 minutes each time. [This is the best way to increase your metabolism] ]
the answer is no you will not have enought strength to work out since your not eating and tenically you arent anorexic cosz its only 12 hours but that wont help you so just exercize and eat healthier like more balanced meals and 5-6 small meals a day would help. just please dont not eat. ]
