okay,i'm a guy/18 and firstly I just wanna tell you that what you are doing is not retarded or stupid as most peeps say because in a recent survey, cyber has been known to be more......pleasing in a sense that the human brain can imagine and fantasize much more than reality, plus you get to do crazy stuff that you probably won't try in real life and finally, you don't lose your virginity or your identity.
Next, i used to do cyber a lot,with about fifty girls for months and months but i managed to quit.I think the key is to try a new hobby/interest or maybe masturbate before cybering.At least that's what i did and i stopped the habit after a 10 month non stop cyber spree.I think that you must believe that all addictions can be stopped if you want it too,I stopped cybering and watching porn cause maybe i got bored of it,but there are other ways,what i'm basically saying is that addiciton is a choice and humans are capable of stopping a habit if they find the suitable and right way for them to stop it.

Don't get on the computer, or chat with people you know wouldn't want to have cyber sex. It's easy to get addicted to, so it'll be hard to quit. But the best thing to do, is think about your parents while you catch yourself doing it. Guilt trips are the best way to make yourself stop. Trust me.

the best way to stop or to try to stop is stay away from the computer for a couple of days or if tht doesnt work then tell a friend ur problem and have them make sure u dont doit trust me it sounds stupid but it works ive been doing advice coloums for over 3 years

First of all delete any type of communication you have with these people you are having cybersex with. Delete buddylists, chatrooms, anything needed to be deleted, delete it. Second, get your mind off of it. Join a sport, hang out at a friends house away from the computer. Spend less and less time on the computer until you rarely go on.

Well, You should tell yourself your addicted. You like it and theres nothing wourg with it. If you really need to stop I highly recommen you start study Buddism. It helps you free yourself from desire. Study the words of the Buddha. It`s a philosophy. I was a very voilet very depress person, but because of Buddism Its hard to get mad and im always happy, I mean i got beat down like every mounth for 7 mounths and a walked off with a smile. And you might have to buy a book. My first one was only like 7 dollers.

I know exactly what you mean. They trick to not liking cybersex is to save the conversation and overanalyze how truly retarded and not hot everything said is.
