birthday ideas!
my birthdayy is in late august. i don't really feel like having a party, and i want to do something fun maybe with just my best friend or a couple people. what are some suggestions? thankyouu! sorry if its in the wrong category.

You sound like me. I'm either to lazy or just not that into having a big shindig for my birthday. Go see a movie or go bowling. Spend the night at someone's house and see how much junk food you can eat before morning. Wait til someone falls asleep and do the usual retarded practical jokes. [draw on her face, fingers in water, etc.]
If your mall has a waddle pots [a pottery painting place] like mine does, go paint pottery for the day. everything you paint comes out beautifully.

Since your birthday is in August you could have a pool party ,but you might want to wait till school starts so you could make sure everyone gets invited . Also you could have a big sleep over.If you want a small amount of people and are crafty and you really dont have to be you could check out All Fired Up . That is were I had my party this year ,it is a col place were you pick out something to make and then paint it then the workers glaze it and you have a keep sake . The place is very cute and girly . Also after my All Fired Up party me and two friends went to the mall then one spent the night with out the other knowing so no ones feelings got hurt . Hope this helps !!:)

My birthday is in late august too! August 30th. Ha, sorry. Anyways. You dont HAVE to have a birthday party - you could just hang out with 1 or 2 friends like any normal weekend or summer day except do something more interesting! It depends on where you live, but maybe you could go to whatever city you live in with your 2 friends and a parent/older person and do fun things like go out to eat dinner, maybe see a play, go shopping, and stay in a hotel overnight! That would be really fun. :] Or you could go to a water park with maybe 3 or 4 people. Another really cool birthday idea is to have a couple of girls come over - maybe 5 or 6 and have a professional make up artist come over and give you all makeovers/beauty tips. If you get one from Mary Kay (my sister did this) they will give you free make up! And its really fun..They tell you what colors look best and stuff. You could also ask your parents to give you money to go for a shopping spree so instead of them getting you gifts, you could treat yourself. :] You could also go to a spa with a friend and have a massage, facial, and a manicure/pedicure. I know how you feel, sometimes I just want to spend time with just one person not through a big party! Theres lots of things you guys can do, some of them cost money some don't so heres a list!

-swim
-go tubing, water skiing ect.
-go to the mall
-go out to a fancy resturant for dinner and get dressed up
-go to a non fancy resturant and get dressed up
