Hi, everyone. I'm trying to diet, and I know water is key. I can usually only drink 2 bottles a day, and I really have to force myself to get it down. (I hate the taste of water..none) Haha, so I was wondering, are there any other drinks I could have that maybe include lots of water but have some taste to them? I've heard unsweeted Iced Tea & Lemonade, Gatorade. I also have these little Koolaid packets I pour into water bottles, and that makes me drink them so fast, & they are only 30 cals! Any other suggestions?

I usally drink lots of oarnge juice to give me calcium and energy to work out . Also the little koolaids packs are good but,make sure that the calories aren't from fat . Have you tried a protien shake or low cal smoothie with no sugar there easy to make . Hope this works !!:)

me and my friend and friends parents are driving 9 hours to go see a couple of friends that we miss. the problem is that the main kid we really want to see just got grounded for a really long time because he went outside at night for a couple minutes. His mom is really strict. We really want to be able to see him so do you think there is any way we can get to see him? any suggestions or plans to get to see him? he's barely aloud outside his house. thank youu!

You could see if his mom would let you see him since you drove that long to get to his house .
Or if possible you could postpon your trip to see him when he is not grounded. Hope this helps !!:)

Summer is supposed to be the best time of the year for me. It has been once in a while but lately I havnt been doing anything at all.. my mom works till 5 30 everyday but on mondays and wednsdays shei dont see her till 10 at night my dad also works and his house si wicked boring sometimes. My point is i have no one to hang out with everyone is always out doing something else with other friends. I feel like im the only one sitting at home by myself all !!

Maybe you could try calling your friends a couple days in advance to hang out so they don't make other plans. You could try joing a team or finding a job you like to keep you busy. And if swimming is your thing locals pools train you to be a lifeguard if you wanted to do that.You could try to find something interesting to do and try it out or if your moms work is fun you could be an interen or get paid to help file or something. my birthdayy is in late august. i don't really feel like having a party, and i want to do something fun maybe with just my best friend or a couple people. what are some suggestions? thankyouu! sorry if its in the wrong category.

Since your birthday is in August you could have a pool party ,but you might want to wait till school starts so you could make sure everyone gets invited . Also you could have a big sleep over.If you want a small amount of people and are crafty and you really dont have to be you could check out All Fired Up . That is were I had my party this year ,it is a col place were you pick out something to make and then paint it then the workers glaze it and you have a keep sake . The place is very cute and girly . Also after my All Fired Up party me and two friends went to the mall then one spent the night with out the other knowing so no ones feelings got hurt . Hope this helps !!:)

In this diet I am going on it says to eat two 3 counce protein servings. What would be some good protein servings foods? Also it says to to do two-three sets of each type of crunch (they give you a list of crunches) but only do as many reps in a row that you can do properly. Whats a set? explain this to me!

A good protien meal might be fish ,fruit , or a protien shake. I think a set is 20-50. I am not really sure. They have crunch macines you can buy that let you work up to a full set of crunches . Hope this helps !!:)

okay i normaly eat like an avarage amount of food but a little more cause i have breakfast, lunck, snack, and dinner okay well i haven't been eatting breakfast or snack and i haven't been eatting much at dinner its weird bcause i am always hungry but im NOT fat (im 13, 5 feet 1 inch, and 90 lbs) so what do you think this is about its kinda weird because i eat a TON and i haven't been hungry for like anything what should i do? Please help

I am mostly always hungry to and usally eat like you do and i am not fat either (not that there is anything wrong with that) .It might just be a kinda fase you are going thru . Are you suffering from stress or apperance issues ? That could be why you have been eating less . Hope this helps !!:)

You should have mentioned it was a special ed teacher because maybe that is why no can fire her. Some special ed teachers are hard on students because they think it is easier for special ed kids to be spoken to sternly rather than all soft and nice .Hope this helps!!:)I would love to hear how it goes when school starts !!) my hair is light brown and it is about 3 inches below my shoulders. it's mostly straight but every time i come out of the shower i brush it and then go to sleep and the next morning its frizzy! i dont like blow-drying my hair that much cuz it takes a while and i dont like straightening it cuz that takes a while also. but i do have a blow-dryer and a straightener. please help my hair horror!

You could try a smothing shampoo and frizz spray (panteen or sunsilk reecomended). Also try staying up till your hair dries or sleep with in a brusshed and pulled back ponytale . Trust me i ser iously have hair just like yours. I got my hair done yesterday and i had layers that arent even noticabel to elimnate thickness and frizz .Also I got smoothing highlits to elimanate frizz it really worked (hair impresions or image makers recommended) .Hope this helps !!:)

I'm a 15 year old girl and I know everyone who answers me is going to tell me that love doesn't exist at 15, so I'm going to say, I " like " this guy named Jon. We went out and my friend gave me this birthday present and Jon was like " Where did you get it" and I said " Brad gave it to me for my birthday" and Jon told me to give it back. Jon is very controlling and wont let me get a word in when he's in his controlling moods. I told him I wasn't going to give the present back because it's rude and Brad might think I don't like it and I do. When I said I wouldn't give it back he got mad and of course left me. I asked him later why he even loved me and he just said " I don't, bye. " I was really hurt and I cried for 3 hours. My friends cheered me up for that moment but I'm still upset. What should I do? First off you shoudn't be with a guy that treats you like dirt and it was really imaturer for him to act like that .You should be careful if he really is that controlling it could lead to bad things . 17/f my name is Rachel and iam going to the 11th grade when school starts on august 1st and there's this teacher nobody likes becouse she's rude and none of the teachers like her either the princapal dosn't even like her.I don't know why he dosn't fire her and I am nervous about going to mrs.dawson's class that's the teacher's name how can I not be so nervous?

I have had the same problem with a mean teacher .You need to confront her if she is rude to you some times a teacher has a selected few she picks on . Try to stay on her good side but don't be to goody two shooey or you could get a lot of bad jokes thrown your way not that im saying you should be a poser . If Mrs.Dawson continues to be like unberably rude or something you could confront a member on the school borad not some one at your school but a member on the county board . They have people that randomly come and observe teachers to see if they are doing there jobs right . Hope this helped !!:)

17/f i was wondering when people usually celebrate their aniversery.. is it the day of your first date or the day the guy officially asked you to be his girlfriend?

It really depends on the relationship if you had a first date and it wasn't realy the beganing of your relationship then it shoudn't be your anniversary in my opinion . If he offically asked you to be his girlfriend on a certain day then I think that should be your anniversary . It depends on the way the relatioship is . Hope this helps !!:)

My wife and I have been married for 13 years. I'm 39 and she's 40 and we've been together since i was 22 and she was 23. Lately, she's been down and I'd like to put a letter from a "secret admirer(me)" in her car and see if that perks her up. Ideally, I'd put an email address in it and see if she would contact me at it. Does anyone here have any good ideas for a secret admirer letter or can someone draft one up for me? You'r on the right track but a letter from a secret admirer telling her she's beautiful and things like that might throw her off a bit ,she could think its a stalker if you leave to many or are to lovey dovey ,if she found out it was you she might think you were trying to see if she was a cheater or if you might think she was haveing an affair , also if you left your emil adress if she's your wife why would she not know your email adress ? you could leave little notes auround the house in random places like tucked under the visor of the mirror in her car or in a dresser drawer to let her find telling her how much you love her and how glad you are she's your wife and little gifts auround the house like a rose on her plate at a meal or breakfast in bed you could also leave her poems or something to let the romantic side of you shign thru . I hope your wife feels better and this advice works !!:)
