Foods In this diet I am going on it says to eat two 3 counce protein servings. What would be some good protein servings foods? Also it says to to do two-three sets of each type of crunch (they give you a list of crunches) but only do as many reps in a row that you can do properly. Whats a set? explain this to me!

A good protien meal might be fish ,fruit , or a protien shake. I think a set is 20-50. I am not really sure. They have crunch macines you can buy that let you work up to a full set of crunches . Hope this helps !!:)

Good protein is usually meat, fish, peanut butter (although pb is high in fat), Fish is really good for you and for dieting. Beef and Chicken when not fried but broiled is good for you too.
As for sets and reps: a set is a group of usually 5 or 10 reps (individual crunches).
