well im one of those girls who care about there weight 24-7! im so sick of feeling i have to be pretty,smart,athletic,and more improtanly SKINNY. sometimes when i see junk food its just there so why not eat it rite? ik its bad to eat it but it taste so good and i like it. then i do the worst thing ever look in the mirror and go gross im fat! it like duh you were just eating junk. so everytime i go to a party i go its just food think of it as garbage. doesnt work im also one of those people who like starve themselves and my friends know it because one time in school we were watching this movie that talked about crap like that and i looked so sad but i didnt care so they know! and well im 5'5 and like wiegh god who knows now probally still 123 and i dont like that if i ever get to 130 i will kill myself no like so what im trying to do is like l00se the pounds b4 november my next checkup so if i see a 130 something i will really no lie kill myself i dont like that so if you guys would help me any sugestions that would be great!!

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? blizzardkill answered Tuesday July 18 2006, 7:53 pm: you're well on your way to an eating disorder (that's not a good thing, hon). junk food is junk food. it happens. i know this is really out there but try being vegetarian or vegan for a month. i've heard alot of people do that. my friend lost 6 pounds. it eliminates alot of fatty foods and you always have to question whether something has any animal products. as for your weight, you have to understand that you're at a healthy weight. i used to be your weight as a shorty of 4'11". can you imagine that? ughh. if you do see that 130 on the scale, you have to realize that it is only 7 pounds! and you can lose it easily by hanging out and playing with your friends or just exercising/stretching. I'm 5 foot 5 and I weigh 134 but I'm not fat! If you have actual muscle to your body then you shouldn't weigh any less. If you weigh 130 thats not bad, guys wanna grab on to something, they like curves! Everyone has differn't body types maybe yours is curvier! I can understand you wanting to build muscle, but why would u want to be anarexic looking? Look at Lindsay Lohan, I know a ton of guys thought she was soooo hot when she had curves but now she's disgusting they say! abbyxoxo answered Sunday July 16 2006, 7:17 pm: you are an idiot! sorry about that but i had to get it out. i dont think your gonna get to 130 any time too soon if you try to stay away from junk food, you can have it once and a while, but not all the time, try to resist and find something helthier. and please dont kill yourself because its not that much weight. im 5'2" and i weigh 115 and im not fat. your weight is normal! and if your going to think like that, then do you really want to die weighing 130 lbs?

I know girls 5'8" that weigh 175 that arent fat because they have LOADS of muscle, yeah they might be overweight but there's nothing wrong with that just chill out dont go all suicidal. killing yourself over that is the stupidest thing i have heard in a long time. I read your problem and i understand how you feel and what you are going through inorder to lose this weight. Therefore i can tell you some suggestions that can help you with your problem,
First of all, you have to be really serious about losing this weight, because if you are, that would help you in resisting junk food and all those stuff.
So, 1- You should do some exercises and stretches when you wake up every morning.
2- you should go the gymnasium everyday, and consult a trainer to help you lose weight and be fit in the same time.
3- you can consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan without any food containing sugars or fats,and you should completely quit junk food.
4- you can go for long walks or run the track at the club
You can do all these stuff, and you can do them everyday , only if you are serious about this and if you are determined and strong willed, and i am sure you are.
And if you follow this plan,and work on it hard, you can lose weight in less than a month.
All you have to do is to have some self confidence in yourself, and work hard.
Besides, there are much more important things that you can occupy your time with instead of obsessing with your appearance, and no offense meant, but i am just telling you that for your one good. YOu can take up sports, activities, and hang out with friends, and concentrate on studying..etc. So don't worry your self with your looks to much, because i know that you are a beautiful person, and if you don't believe me, just believe that you are at least beautiful from inside you with a great personality,and let me tell you something, that there are many people who are so fat, and yet they are prettier than any pretty skinny hot girl.
So consider what i said, and try to think about it, and if you need any more advice or help, or if there is anything else that is bothering you or causing you trouble, then please be free to contact me.
oh! and one last thing that i forgot to tell you about , that killing your self , is never the solution to anything, because in my opinion, people who give up quickly and lose hope, and just think that committing suicide is his ticket out of life, and out of his problems, then he is nothing but a coward,no offense meant, and he is simply running away from his problems, instead of dealing with them. Helpful answered Sunday July 16 2006, 3:04 pm: You are NOT fat, okay? It is good to eat healthy, but it is also okay to eat a little junk food sometimes. Think about how some of that weight is muscle mass and bones. If you are extremely concerned about being fat, you can go to someone who can tell you your percentage of body fat and where you should be. Be careful about not eating because the first weight that comes off is from muscles, not fat. Maybe you can go to someone who can help you train and feel confident about your body.
