i have been working out for a few days straight.lately, my stomach has started to hurt.could this be due to working out?

Yeahh I'm sure it's not a big deal. Your muscles are definitely going to be sore, especially if you haven't worked out in a while. You can try taking hot baths if your muscles are feeling tight to relax them.

You always need to take a break.

If you work out 3 days, take the 4th day off.

When you work out, you literally rip your muscles. And they need time to recuperate.

Also, drink TONS of water.

I've heard (but also heard that this is wrong, but my mom is a marathon runner and does this, and she also trains peopel for a team) that the average person should drink a gallon of water a day without exercise. Imagine what you should drink with exercise.

All that water may make you pee a lot, but you start to look and feel better.

definetly..im positive...its because your stomache muscles are pulling together and tightning just dont stop workin out or eles youre gonna gain what youre about to loose

o yea this is COMPLETELY normal. its due to the fact that your stomach is not used to you working out.

Yupp. The same thing just happend to me. But now I've been doing crunches on a daily basis so I'm used to it now. It will go away.
