cramps are caused by blood not being able to move. if you run around a few..as much as it sounds like it wont help.

it will help. and you will feell better..especially if its PMS cramps.

P.S. take some tylenol. perferably women's if its PMS cramps.

are they pms cramps? well what you need to do is get some midol or even alieve or advil work and that will help, you can also heat up a washrag and put it in a bag and put it over the place where the cramps are. and if this doesn't work i think you should go for a checkup at the doctor.

They are not bad for you, but can be caused by fatigue, exercising and dehydration etc. Everyone gets them and it's normal. To treat and prevent them, stretch and massage the cramped muscle, apply heat to it, and stop any activity which may have caused the cramp.

IF however, they happen frequently or are very severe, see your doctor. You could have problems with circulation, medications, nerves...

blah cramps are never good. yes some people have them worse than others. mine are mostly bad on the first day & then they get a bit better. sometimes they're close to unbearable, sometimes they aren't. i know a few girls that have bathroom problems & throw up. if that's the case, you definately want to go to see a doctor about it. you can take birth control to regular your period (if its irregular) & help you with your cramps. DO NOT GO TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD FOR THIS. you have to see a regular doctor. if they aren't that bad and you don't want to use that option, you should stick to a heating pad & midol. actually, i use advil & it works good. tylenol doesn't work for me, but basically find a pain reliever that works. i'd suggest going to a doctor. SCHEDULE AN APPT. for one & see what the doctor says about it.

-hope that helped!♥
