Helpful answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 2:45 pm: I think that that is a very nutritious snack. Milk has calcium. Strawberries have vitamin c, pootassium, diatary fiber, and magnese, among other things. Bananas are rich in vitamin B6. Without it in a person's diet, they are prone to weakness, irritability and insomnia. So drink up!
