ok i am 13 years old and my breast are a 38C! they hurt and they hang too. one of my breasts is bigger than the other and it is kind of noticeable. my mom said that when i turn 18 i can get a reduction because by the looks of it now they are going to keep growing. i dont want really small breast i want then to be big but not heavy like they are now. and right now they are triagular shaped insted of round. i want then to be round but not really small. i dont want anything less than a BIG B cup. but no bigger than DD cup. so do you think i should get a reduction when im older or keep them big?

orphans answered Sunday June 11 2006, 3:07 pm: Wow, and I always wished for bigger breasts, I don't even wear an official bra yet, at the stores, they tell me to get a size 30/32. Yeah, well since your breasts are still developing, their bound to get into different sizes and shapes. Some breasts are even lopsided. And you cannot get surgery at this age, even if you want to. Since your breasts are still developing, you have to wait until they are fully developed. And from knowing a columnist who went through this, it leaves physical and emotional scars, and her breasts still grew back, even though she was fully developed. Sorry to bring you down, but it's the truth. You could get minimizing bras, they make your breasts look smaller, and it supports you. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
you definitly should wait. Boobs being different sizes isn't anything new. And by the sound of it your boobs are still growing. But if you start to think that they're getting too big, diet and excersize always reduces not only your breast size but the rest of your body as well. So I suggest not having anything surgically done until maybe after high school (when you're done growing.) And who knows, maybe by that time you'll be happy with them.

babiigirl answered Sunday June 11 2006, 2:34 am: Its kinda early to plan a reduction. You still have 5 years till your 18. When i was about 13-14 i was flat as a bored. Now im 17 and a DD. So you really never know if you will grow or stay the same. Buy a reallly good bra. They have bras that are like sports bras at walmart and they are really good and they sport you .
KELLY_ELIZABETH answered Sunday June 11 2006, 1:58 am: hun dont worry. i just turned 14, and im in the C cups as well. i think you should just wait and see, dont plan so far ahead on the reduction. see how big they get, and if they get in the way of certian things and if you feel uncomfortable or self-consious about them, then i think you should think about getting the operation done. i think middle size c cup is a good size, not to big and not to small. a big b is also pretty good, and average. good luckk
LoveNJstyle answered Sunday June 11 2006, 1:07 am: I think you should start by getting a better fitting and more supportive bra for the time being. try that and see how it goes. get underwire and maybe a thin padding to keep you in and give you shape. it can be bad for your health to be too big but maybe you will grow into them. my friend was 13-14 and a D cup... she's really thin but after a while she didnt look or feel as akward. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
