i've always wondered this: can you lose weight (in a healthy way) by sweating? for example, being outside in 100 degree weather all day (and staying hydrated and all that good stuff).

But if you are in "100 degree weather all day" you might want to do like cardio workouts like running...playing a sport like volleyball, soccer,or whatever it is you like to play. even just walking around for an hour will help you loose weight but it won't be just like that it does take time....
