its most likely a chihuahua mix.
people are making up so many combos of dogs with poodles and begels.so maybe one of those?

It looks to me like Chihuahua/Beagle mix. I'm probably wrong about the beagle, but as others have said it's definitely part chihuahua.

You shouldn't rule out a chihuahua just because it's ears aren't sticking up right now. Some pure bred dogs who normally have ears that stick up, have floppy ears when they're still puppies. It's very common. It looks most like a chihuahua to me, and if it is a mix, then it's probably a very small amount of something else. Just wait a few months and you'll start to see what s/he will look like when s/he is older and you'll be able to tell better.

It's not a purebred Chihuahua, for the reason that the previous advice-giver stated. It's hard to tell at this stage what breeds the puppy might be crossed with, though I doubt Jack Russell.

It is not a full Chihuahua, because they have sticky-up ears. It could be a chihuahua/jack russle terrier mix. It sure is a cute puppy.
