people who dont drink, do drugs, have sex just randomly...some are vegetarians, but its not required.
it came from when kids under 21 would go to hardcore shows where alcohol was being served. you would get a big X on your hand if you couldn't drink. thats where the "x" in sXe came from. its about living the hardcore/punk lifestyle without being impure.

People who are straight edge don't drink, don't do drugs, don't smoke, and don't have sex outside of a committed relationship (some abstain entirely). Also some do not consume any caffeine, as it is considered a drug

well its basically when someone is like a good kid. like they will not do drugs, drink alcohol, and dont have sex or any sexual activity
