how do you make a picture black and white, i tried paint but it just come out black.

Go to google.com
Type in "Photoplus 6.0"
Download it.
It's free, if it wasn't, I wouldn't have download it. lol.
When it's finished. It should be on your desktop, or when you click "Start" it should be there.
Open up Photoplus. Then open the picture you desire. Then you cick on "Image" and there is many choices that you can pick from to change your picture around.

lol, ya that happens to me too. I do copy/paste the picture onto Word.
-open Microsoft Word
-copy/paste the pick on there.
-click on the pic
-click 'veiw'. (at the top thingy next to file, edit, ect.)
-go to 'toolbar' and make sure 'picture' is checked.
-one it is, go to the picture toolbar and click on the icon 2nd from the left.
-go down to 'greyscale' and click on it.
-if you want to copy/ paste you pic back to 'paint'... then hilight the pic- not click. (if you click on it to copy/paste, then the pic on paint will come out weird.)

YOU MUST BE BLONDE! lol im sorry thats just funny..i've never heard of anyone using paint to make a picture black and white lol! wow..hehe sorry..okay so um the advice..well you'll have to download photo editing software..if you go to www.downloads.com and type in "photo editing" or "picture editing" it'll bring up a few things that you can download for free..you dont need a real fancy editing program..i think most programs have the gray scale feature..um i cant really help you any farther than that until you download a program..umm if you take my advice and need more help just drop one in my inbox!

You need to download a more advanged graphics program, such as paint shop pro. However, if you don't want to download anything, I will gladly make your photo blackand white if you email it to me... splitzy@gmail.com =)

You can download different programs.. I uste to have photoshop but now I have Picasa it's a really neat program you can change your pictures to any color you want black and white and everything here is the link to it. If you might want it.

Do you have a photo program on your camera? Or do you have one on your camera? Read the instruction booklet that came with your camera (if it's digital.) It should say how there. I have Microsoft Digital Image on my computer and it came with it...and it changes it to black and white. Try looking through all your programs to see if you have any photo program, because they almost all have it.
