don't use toothpaste!! it will make it MUCH worse. it's probably not a cold sore so just treat it like a pimple. put a hot towel on the pimple to make it come to a head so that you can cleanly pop it. then put clearasil on it! if you don't have clearasil try using head & shoulders dandruff shampoo on it. it works without drying it out too much and making it look worse. just DON'T use toothpaste!!

it could be a cold sore but it also could be a pimple.. since you cant get out of your house, you could put some toothpaste on it overnight and it might cause it to be less red and smaller the next day. but if you haave some face wash or acne wash, use that!

hey, i dont think its a pimple. i think its a cold sore. just like everyone else has been saying, toothpaste is teh best thing for it. antoher good way to get rid of it in clearasil. you usually have to buy that but im just saying it because you might have it. try putting chapstick on it also. cait ♥

Well it could be a cold sore. But if it is a pimple just put some tooth paste on it liie over night cause it drys it up and then it becomes less red and will go away quicker.

Hi

I'm wondering if it is really a pimple. Have you ever had a cold sore?

If you're sure it's a pimple then I always put toothpaste on mine...dries it right up!! If it's a cold sore, then there are many over the counter remedies to make them go away. However if it is a cold sore (which is a virus), then you should see a doctor. Good luck, and take care.
