Pregnancy... I was recently with my boyfriend for 5 days straight all alone, and we had sex many many many many times...and we of course knew that there were possibilities of having a baby.
I was wondering if the number of times you have sex in a period of time increases your chance of pregnancy...or if it just doesn't really matter?

it dont realy matter one time could get u pregnet. ]
Its quite likely that you're pregnant if you didn't use condoms or wern't on the pill. If you don't want a baby, go to the doctor and ask for the morning after pill (there may still be a chance that this will work). They'll give it to you for free (UK) and I'm assuming elsewhere.
Everytime you have unprotected sex there's a chance of getting pregnant. So the more you take the risk, the more likely it is that you could get pregnant. Either get him to wear a condom (free from a family planning clinic) or go on the pill (free from the doctor). There are also other contraceptive options.

Well in theory, yes it does increase your chances. The number of sperm going into you would be far greater than it would if you only had sex once.
You haven't said that you used protection so I'm guessing perhaps you didn't. Since you spent 5 days like this, it's too late for the morning after pill.
Most pregnancy tests work from around 4 days before your period is due so I would recommend that you purchase a pregnancy test and do it as soon as possible. You may have got lucky but I hope you learn from this experience. Yes, sex is fun and enjoyable but it's also something you need to be responsible with. Next time, use condoms or at the very least, get yourself put on The Pill, which is much more effective. ]
Maybe you should have thought ahead on that one?
You knew the risks, so why don't know your chances? Don't they go hand in hand?
Probability will state that the more you have of something, the better chances you have of getting say the white and blue marbles in a bag (as said below). The more blue you put in, the better chance you will pull another blue out. It was said before, and I am saying it now to you.
Next time, find out everything about sex before you actually have it. Think ahead next time and you don't even have to worry about it.

Well, say there is a bag filled with blue marbles and white marbles. The more times you put your hand in, the more chances you have to pull out a blue marble. So yeah, it increases your chances. But having sex many times won't make you pregnant faster than somebody who only had it once. It all depends on where your egg is at the moment (ie, if it's right before your period). If you're nowhere near your period, you are probably not pregnant. ]
Well then. I apologize. There's so many people on this site that don't want to get pregnant and I assumed that you were one of them! Depending on a lot of factors sperm can live inside your body an average of 3-5 days. So you'd only have to have sex every few days. Having sex more, of course will still increase the chances just because there's more sperm and more of a chance of one making it, but if you're trying to get pregnant you don't have to go completely crazy with the sex. You mentioned that your partner was only your boyfriend. I'm not sure how old you are or what kind of relationship you have with him, but having children when you're young or not married isn't always the greatest of ideas. Make sure you're ready for all the responsibilities and consequences of having children before you get pregnant. Good luck! :)
There's a small chance that whatever protection you used didn't work, but it's very small. If you didn't use any protection that is terrible and you really need to start doing that or you'll be pregnant very soon especially since you are having sex so much. Logically if you have sex 10 days in a row as opposed to once it's more likely that one of the ten days will fall on a fertile day than it is that the one day by itself will. Same with protection. The more times you have sex, it increases the chances of your protection not working right just because you're doing it more times. The truth of it all is though, that you can get pregnant after having sex ONCE. It's a very very risky thing that you did. Sex is a huge responsibility and if you don't want to have a kid in a year, you'd better tone it down a little bit. Sex isn't really worth all that. Good luck! ]
Well yeah, the more times you do it the more chances there are of it happening. All depending on if it happened during your ovulation time or not. ]
Well, let's pretend that each time you have sex there's a 1 in 10 chance you get pregnant.
If you just did it once then you'd have a 1/10 or 10% chance. But if you did it four times you'd have a 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 chance, or 40%.
So mathematically speaking, yes, you're more likely to get pregnant.
But biologically (which is probably what you meant) speaking, having sex more often won't create some change in your body to make you more likely to be pregnant. ]
