For no reason at all, I keep blacking out. It happens very often and I don't know why. What should I do? My mom told me its because I need to excersize more...is she right? Please Help.
Additional info, added Monday March 20 2006, 12:16 pm: I had a seizure when I was little (( that may have something to do with it )). Want to answer more questions in the Health & Fitness category? It may be nothing serious, but it could also be petit mal which is a form of mild epilepsy, in which you lose consciousness briefly. Your doctor should be able to do some tests on you to check out what the problem is. Good luck. [ isis's advice column | Ask isis A Question ]

You didn't describe in detail what exactly happens when you do this, but it doesn't matter because it is not normal. You need to see a Dr. right away.
