Is it possible for someone to stop growing breasts at 13? i started when I was 8, and I'm 32A

Yeah, it's very possible. I started at a 34A when I was 12 and yeah, I'm still a 34A at age 20. I don't think they stop DEVELOPING until you're older, but that doesn't mean they'll actually get any bigger. Anyways, don't worry about how big your boobs are too much. Once you get older guys tend to care less. Plus, if you have kids when you're older, sometimes after pregnancy they don't return all the way to their original size.
