gaining weight

I would like to gain at least 20-30 pounds before April 11th, 2006 (my b-day) I am at least 120 pounds. All of my life, I have been skinny. I'm now 14 years old and in high school. Most of the girls are thick with boobs and butt. I got butt but nothing more. I'm a black girl and I'm not thick but long and skinny. If I were to gain at least 30 pounds (of thickness!) I would fill out my clothes better and feel good about myself.

1.) Can someone give me websites on how to gain pounds faster?

2.) Can someone tell me how they gained weight? (if you tried to gain weight and succeeded)

3.) You can also give food ideas!!!!!!

*~* please don't tell me how stupid this is because that won't change the way I feel about this. Please don't give me websites about how to gain muscles because I am already exercising. *~*

If you want to gain weight, there is one thing you definately should not do: DON'T DON'T DON'T eat a lot of crappy food. That will not only make you gain weight but it could mess with your heart.

Eat high-protein foods. Fat is okay, but better if it comes from nuts or certain types of fruits and veggies than from red meat.

Don't do aerobic exercise, because that will burn fat. Muscle-building exercises should be okay, though.

i personally dont think you should try to gain weight, because then if you stay skinny, you could be like a marc jacobs model or something. anyways, if you want to gain weight, you should go to cvs, and (at least the one near me) sells energy bars that make you gain weight. I think 30 pounds is a bit much - try 20. I myself am 115, and im tall and everything and 17.
i know this is REAAAALLY off topic, but seriously, consider becoming a fendi model. a lot of clothes designers like having black models because there aren't many skiny black people (in a TOTALLY NOT RACIST or STEREOTYPICAL way =)
so there energy bars if you really wanna gain wiehgt.

Gaining weight on purpose is not a good idea. It's very unhealthy. You are a very good weight for your age. If you were to try to gain weight it wouldn't just go to your chest. It would go to your legs and your stomach...everywhere. In other words, you'd get fat, not fill out. You are only 14 years old. Your boobs have 4 more years to grow! Just be patient. I know that this isn't what you want to hear, but it is the truth and I really hope that you believe it. Good luck.

You should try drinking Boost. its a weight gainer and it really works! cause my brother used to drink it and he looks good now. so try that and you should get (thick)!

I looked it up on google but they have a lot of good websites so choose one. Gaining weight doesn't mean to eat all fried foods, fats, sweets because you will just gain fat. You need to exercise and turn that fat into muclse so you become thicker. It's not stupid, but if it's going to make you feel better about yourself that's all that matters. Good luck with it and you will suceed. No worried. :o]

Please don't rate me low... but I just want to say that whatever you eat, don't eat all that junk food. Eating unhealthy foods is, of course, unhealthy- becoming dependent on all that greasy stuff, if you want to gain weight or not, is bad for you. So I suggest, eat healthy but eat more..?
I think you should cunsult a doctor before proceeding with all this. They will tell you all you need to know.

eat alot and eat unhealthily.
lots of fry chicken and oil based foods.
lot of carbs and sugar too. and a lot of sleep and laziness.
coke
macdonalds
fry chicken
ice cream
cow foot soup
steak, beef, and pork
eggs
FRIES


just be like that until the end of march. that is about 30 pounds. but you we will be fat all around. then for april try exercising and stuff, really intensely. and back to a normal healthy diet. you should lose about 10 of those pounds back during those 10 weeks easily.
this may not give the reults you want because it is very difficult to control where you are adding the weight. it may go somewhere you don't want it to.

okay.. well i know this isnt what you want to hear.. but gaining weight is not so fun.. but if you wanna gain weight, i suggest you should gain muscle not fat, it looks better than a bunch of flub... where exactly do you need more thickness? if i knew that id help more.. feel free to respond
