hey is there any way I can put on eyeliner so that it wont come off after a few minutes? I think I may have watery eyes or something but it all runs to the outer corners a few minutes after I put it on and i use a top quality one too (Rimmel London)
Teza answered Friday February 24 2006, 6:32 pm: Bad types of eye liner come off really quick so try changing it. I use eather Revlon, Maybeline, or Cover Girl. Pencil eye liners aren't all that bad, but they don't work as good. Get a crayon type. If you put on too much your eyes will itch, hurt and water so put it by your eyelashes and not so near your eye ball. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

They have this makeup primer/eyeshadow primer. It goes on before you apply your eye makeup and it adheres it to your skin so that it does not rub off easily. It is kind of expensive, but you don't use a lot and it will last you a while.
I use it before I go out at night. My make up stays on.

BrittyP5 answered Friday February 24 2006, 5:05 pm: Put it by your eye lashes, not like the inner part that most people put it on, or wear a lot of mascara on the bottom :] [ BrittyP5's advice column | Ask BrittyP5 A Question ]
