BTW penut butter is not fatning unless you buy the kind that has saturated fat in it! try organic it tastes better and is really good for you! Jis4juicy answered Monday February 6 2006, 7:31 pm: Protein ais good for you, you need them to survive. So if its little fatty like meat then its fine cause without protien you cant survive. So protein: Meat,yogurt,tofu,eggs,milk,fish,,peanutbutter and there are more but i cant think of them.
