i'll make this short and simple.
16f never been kissed (i know pathetic loser)
likes boy
wants to make first move
but scared of being rejected
what if i mess up? what if he moves his head away? i have braces will it be harder to kiss? should i eat chocolate before hand so i taste good?

Don't worry about making a move so much. It will probably just come naturally. However, one thing that you can do, is practice kissing by kssing oranges. My friend did it when she was afraid of kissing a guy, and my guy friend told me that she was a good kisser and that it payed off. Just don't worry so much about it, just take things slow.

Well if it helps I didn't have my first kiss until I was 15 - this does NOT make you a pathetic loser! And when I was at college I was far too scared to make the first move on a guy I REALLY liked. 2 years later I find out he liked me too. Nowadays I will always go for it, as having a missed opportunity is one of the worst things in the world. And if he doesn't feel the same...so what? For every guy out there that doesn't kind you attractive there will always be another that finds you achingly beautiful.

I dont know how this will sound, but if he doesnt like you, or the timings all wrong or whatever HE WILL STILL KISS YOU! If you like him and it gets to the point of kissing him then obviously he will like you too so go for it. You will regret it forever if you dont. Besides, if hes special enough for your 1st kiss, then you dont want him to slip away. Guys like confident girls, so making the 1st move. OR you can flirt your best, lots of touching and laughing, lean in close and you initiated it but he made the 1st move. Then you can follow his kissing rythmn and you wont mess up. you should make the first move, it surprises the guy and its a big turn-on! DONT EAT CHOCOLATE, believe it or not it may smell good when you eat it but it will not taste good or make your breath smell good. All citris's kill bad breath making your kiss taste better. Also brushing your gums and toungue gets rid of bad breath. good luck and i hope its memorable!

Well I personally think a girl making the first move shows alot of courage. Ok as for your advice being scared of rejection is the one thing you shouldn't be afraid of. If you go through your entire life trying to impress every person you meet your going to waste all the fun times of your life. So to start with the guy your trying to kiss you should prob no. This usually makes you look less like a whore. Next after your given the prob signals and everything your gonna wanna lean in for a kiss but not all the way make him come towards you to. As for the braces they only really make it harder if he has piercings in his mouth or he has braces. As for the chocolate it personally think a piece of gum is more interesting cause then it'll keep your breath fresh and ya'll can play with it to. Once yall get to know each other a lil better of course.
