Question Posted Saturday January 28 2006, 12:55 pm
I need a bigger butt. Any food, exersize, or clothing ideas? Please no exersize tips that make your butt tighter or perkier. Just bigger. I know pulling your shirt down makes your butt look bigger, and I know grains might help a bit. Any ideas?
I bought a cheap book from GetABiggerButt.com. Gives you soooo much tips, foods, exercises, etc to make it HUGE! Been doing it for a few days and have what you call a "donkey booty" haha. You can tell it's a lot bigger. I get the look back stair from the guys and the hater stair from their girlfriends. In 1 week. I love it. [ MonsterMash's advice column | Ask MonsterMash A Question ]

Here's the link www.dimeadozenzone.com it was not cheap but is cheaper than surgery. [ princessleah's advice column | Ask princessleah A Question ]

AnGeLs_AdVicE_x3 answered Saturday January 28 2006, 11:40 pm: Since ur butt is made of muscles (gluteus maximus), then it makes sense to train those muscles to make them bigger, right?
And we see guys who do weights to gain bigger biceps.
Well it is the same idea here, but you do squats.
Even just the simple squats will gain results in a few days.
Just lean against a wall with your feet shoulder width apart in a squatting position, and remember - the lower you go, the more pressuer there is on the butt muscles.
TimmyTM answered Saturday January 28 2006, 5:11 pm: Only way to increase the size of your rear end is to increase overall body fat, which I doubt is something you're interested in. I'm glad you have pride in your bum, though. [ TimmyTM's advice column | Ask TimmyTM A Question ]
DancinCutie08 answered Saturday January 28 2006, 4:17 pm: no exercise will make your butt bigger.. only smaller.. the only way to make your butt bigger is to basically gain weight. and tight jeans i think make it look smaller if you thought it make yours look bigger. i think pefrect fitting jeans makes your butt look the best.. esspecially ones without pockets on the back. Erinn_the_bamf answered Saturday January 28 2006, 3:59 pm: The best way is by gaining weight. However, I doubt you want that. Try doing squwats (sp?). Your butt is a muscle so by working it is particular you will grow a big muscle. There really aren't certain jeans that make your butt look bigger. Just tighter. AEangel589 answered Saturday January 28 2006, 2:33 pm: tight pants w/ no pockets on the rear, make your butt seem huge. try that. there's really no way to actually make it bigger, the only way is to become bigger along with it, and i doubt you'd want that. also.. you can try black pants w/o pockets, they work on that illusion too. ADitzyBrunette4Eva answered Saturday January 28 2006, 1:32 pm: Hey!!! Their arent may ways to make your butt bigger, just tighter. Since you said that you didnt want that my advie is just to go for clothes that fit well on you. Alot of jeans make your butt look bigger but you just have to search well for them. Most of the time they are non-stretch jeans. Also try to avoid loose pants and also skirts arent very good. You should stick with jeans and shorts. I really hope I helped.
