cranberry juice works best for me. Usually the flu comes wih stomach stuff too, so its probably not that! ]
try mixing salt with some warm water and then gargle also take i think its called terma flu it like tea . .but that should deff. help with your soar throat.
i hope you feel better soon! ]
I'm not in expertise in medical, but you may have strep, also. Try gargling with [warm] salt water, and/or drinking tea. *Drink fluids! [i recommend warm pop, because its carbonated]*
Feel better and good luck, hun. &hearts'

Sometime it might not even be the fly. You could have a ear infection. It will cause your throat to be sore. I would try going to the doctor and see if it's that. If hot try graggleing with warm salt water. That helps me when I have a sore throat. good luck ]
i use chloreseptic spray, comes in green and red, it numbs your throat temporaily so you wont feel the pain, but warning i wont even call them flavors, either color tastes god awful. upside, you will be able to swallow without cringing in pain. hope you feel better soon. ]
Try a cup of hot tea with honey and lemon. The warm tea relaxes the muscles while the honey soothes and the lemon helps it to heal. Whenever I get a sore throat, I buy Hall's Daily Defense cough drops. They help soothe the soreness and the vitamins in them seem to speed recovery time. As old-fashioned as it sounds, sometimes a bowl of steaming chicken noodle soup helps. One last thing you might try is a mint steam. Check your spice rack for mint or purchase some from the grocery store. Put the mint in a pot with some water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, lean over with a towel over your head and breathe in the steam for 10-15 minutes. ]
well, gargling with warm salt water helps.
and a hot bath makes everything better =)
and if you can sleep that would be good too, and drink water.
bread and bagels help too, the roughness scratches up your throat (not in a sore way) and removes some of the virus that is there ]
