there are two kinds of sugars and the sugar in fruits are compex which means the body diolves then..in return you are getting all the nutrient from the fruit and the rest comes out the other end.. dont worry about gaining weight from fruit..just eat as much as the food pyrimid says to and you will be fine ]
Eating fruit isn't really bad. If u replace it with junk food and bad candy and stuff, it will be good for you. But it does have a sugars in it and so if you eat too much, it might make u a little fat. ]

edit:: you asked i told you.. it does make you fat that is right from my doctors mouth.. she spends atleast a good 20 years studying it. once you are done growing you dont need the vitamins from the fruit as much so alls it is is sugar and fat to you!

eating an excess of anything will have some bad side effects but when it comes to fruit you should mostly be ok. Unless you are eating tons and tons of fruit you shouldn't get "fat"
