Hey, this may be an odd question, but healthwise, is Iced Tea bad/good for you? I really like it and I was hoping it was better than drinking soda because I got too used to drinking that. So, I know it's only like 70 calories, but can anyone give me an idea here??
Teza answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 5:25 pm: It is a lot healthier and better for you then soda. Now iced tea isn't good if there is a lot of sugar. Green tea is the healthiest for you but over all it's better then soda. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

MikeCFT answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 3:38 pm: The 70 calorie variety is usually the unsweetened. Nestea is garbage and so is Arizona, they are just like having soda in regards to sugar. Stick to water but if you must have iced tea, have it unsweetened [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

Iced tea isn't bad for you just not a lot of it is good. Like if you put a lot of sugar in it then it won't be too good to have a lot of it, but a little sugar and lemon is okay.
jesa21 answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 3:25 pm: iced tea is better than soda, only two downfalls, that can be easily fixed, 1st caffine, not so great-easy fix decaff. 2nd sugar, if you sweeten yours with sugar, try differnt flavers like green tea mint flavored or vannilla flavored tea, you can also use honey as a sweetener instead of sugar.green tea also helps boost metabolisim.
