if you have microsoft windows and the picture is saved on your computer double click pic and it will most likley open with microsoft picture manager. then click compress and click either document, internet, email whatever will have enough kb to fit.

First, go to this site; [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and load your picture on there. Do you see where it says "Resize Image?", click on the 320x240 (for websites and email), it'll size your picture down to a smaller size. If you want your picture even smaller, just click on the different sizes. ♥

Go to paint; every window's computer has it.
Go to Image ( its in the toolbar up top )
Click Stretch/Scew

Insert ( any number ( I use 20, once you start re sizing them you'll find a number you like) in the first TWO boxes.
*The smaller the number; the smaller the picture gets.*
Click Okay.
Then Save you picture.

There ya go =]

Once you go to this site, you can upload the picture from your computer or from a URL. Then you pick what size you want on the drop down list thing. I mostly pick 320x240. Then click on the botton that says "Resize image?" , right next to the list. Then you host it! And then once you click on the host it button it should give you a whole bunch of choices on what to do. Get the URL, go to your Profile settings (on advicenators), then go to where it says URL of a picture of you, then put the URL there, then save your profile settings. If i sounded really confusing you can ask me & i'll help you.
