glasses of water How can i have 8 glasses of water I cant drink it during the morning Or else i will need the bathroom all day. Cant during shcool no water allowed. And 8 glasses of water in the after noon i get off from school at 3:00PM and i go to sleep at 8/9:00PM. is it healthy to have it all in the afternoon.

You dont need all that water in your body!! I mean even if that is healthy for you, then dont push it because you could end up with too much water. One time I tried that but I was peeing all day long, so its not the best idea.

Well, you really don't need eight glasses of water. It's not going to make you like, immortal or anything if you have exactly eight. Can't you just take a water bottle to school, but keep it in your locker? That's what I do. And then whenever I am thirsty in-between classes, I'll just quickly go and take a sip. And also, take one to lunch. You are allowed to bring lunch to school, aren't you? You probably are. And also, in-between classes every now and then, you can always just take a drink out of the fountain. And in the morning, don't have like 5 glasses at once.. just have one in the morning so you're also not parched in the morning. And then have the rest throughout the day... I hope I helped.

You don't need 8. You actually get enough water in just eating food, but this isn't reccommended. Drink if you feel thirsty, that's usually a good indicator. ]
Yea I doubt you actually have to drink 8 glasses. its healthy.

Nobody really needs eight glasses of water. There's no scientific proof that "eight" is the magical number of glasses of water that we need per day.
Just drink with meals and when you're thirsty. ]
WATER IS REALLY GOOD FOR YOU NO MATTER WHEN YOU DRINK IT! IT CLEARS YOUR FACE AND MAKES YOUR SKIN ALL NICE! THE ONLY THING IS YOU MIGHT WANT TO PEE ALL THE TIME AT NIGHT!

I think you will be okay if you don't drink the full 8. Me, I bring a water bottle to school to drink during lunch. I don't really understand the whole no water in school thing for you. I mean I understand what you are saying but I think it's stupid. So if you can not have water during lunch then I suggest just a glass when you wake up, there is water in pretty much every food. So within the food you eat at lunch the water is about one glass. Then if you eat a snack (even if you don't) drink a glass or two when you get home from school. Then drink a glass or two with dinner. Maybe a glass an hour or so before you go to bed.
It's not like you will die if you don't have 8 glasses. It will be just fine because of water in your food. I only drink about 2-3 16floz water bottles each day. I do not know how many glasses that would be but yeah, that is all I have.
But really don't worry about it. A sure fire way to tell if you are dehydrated though is if your urine is a darker shade of yellow, or just a dark shade in general then you are dehydrated. The reason I know that is because when you play certain sports you can NOT play if you are dehydrated and that is how some coaches judge whether or not you can play. So yeah, if your urine is a light yellow or clearish then you're fine, but if it's dark then try and work in a few more glasses. Yeah, sorry, that isn't really something you care to hear about, but I just thought I would share a fact. Hope I helped! ]

Water is really good for you, and if you drink a glass in the morning you won't have to go to the bathroom. It's good if you can drink water period. Try drinking one glass each hour. When you come home.. you might have 5-6 hours until you go to bed. At school for lunch, instead of drinking juice or soda drink water. It's not all that good to have all that water if you aren't really thirsty so don't drink 8 glasses at once. ]
i wouldnt think so. really you dont haveee to drink all that. there is water in the food you eat too! just try having 1 glass in the morning. maybe 2 at lunch aka 16 oz then you can drink 2-3 in the afternoon. also if you have drinking fountains drink from those ]
