How can i have 8 glasses of water I cant drink it during the morning Or else i will need the bathroom all day. Cant during shcool no water allowed. And 8 glasses of water in the after noon i get off from school at 3:00PM and i go to sleep at 8/9:00PM. is it healthy to have it all in the afternoon.

ok, well, forgive me for my stupidity. but i am confused about IPods and MP3 Players, how do you get music on to them? for IPods, does it matter if you have a windows computer?

Well i have an ipod but i think mp3 players work the same way. For an ipod it doesnt matter what type of ocmputer you have but you have to have itunes and in yrou manual that comes with your ipod it tells you exactl;ey how to add songs. first you plug it in to the cord that comes with it. you plus one end into the mp3/ipod and the other into the computer than you go to you music folder. and itunes shoudl ome up after you plug it it and thenyou drag the songs that you want into you itunes folder and then they will cpoy onto your ipod. hope thats clear enough if its not you cna im me on catieebabyy if you have any questions/ Thankss hoped i helped

well personally some girls in my grade did it to oand there only 12 and they regret it. its totally up to you. but if your boyfriend is asking you to do this while you dont wanna then hwo great of a boyfriend is he. personally think of the consequences that will happen if you do give him head. your parents could find out and your life woudl be ruined.

I’m 13, in the 8th grade, and have a guilty pleasure. I’ve been raised in an intellectual household, with both parents having a Ph.D. Generally, I don’t watch T.V. So I was at my friend’s sleepover birthday party with 7 other girls, and she rented the First Season of the O.C. We watched 4 episodes---and I liked it! I feel kind of guilty, because I know that technically, the show is for advertising and eye-candy with a plot. But I can’t help it. That blonde what’s-his-face that stole a car and set a house on fire is really good looking. And it keeps me at the edge of my seat. Now I’m addicted! What should I do? Am I shallow for liking this?

This kid in my grade just asked me out two hours ago and I don't know what to do. He's really ugly, annoying (at least to everyone else except me), steals things, and teachers really don't trust him. He has really bad grades and is proud of it! And not trying to sound mean, but he also completely bores me to death. I dread talking to him, he's so boring. I really, sincerely don't want to be his girlfriend, but on the other hand, I feel sorry for him because he's so unpopular and friendless. And I have a huge crush on this other amazing guy. I told him that I'd answer him on Monday so I'd have time to think it over. I'm so confused on what I should say. I don't want to go out with him, but I don't want to hurt his feelings. And I don't want to "just be friends" either. Should I reject him, and if I should, what do I say?

Umm well you really shouldnt care about what other people think but if you dont really have any interest in him then dont go out with him.cuz if you do go out with him, then youll be playing with him and itll get all confusing and hell think your really attracted to him, you should just go out with someone bucz you feel bad for them. If you really like him, then g for it, but dont play with his head. Just be staright foward with him. The same type of thing happens in my school all the time. I think you should hang out with him like not really dates but liek go places and hang out with a bunch of people and then if you start to like him even more and he starts to liek you to you could go out or you guys could jsut be together but not be boyfriend girlfriend.

i dont knwo if you preety or not but wear some makeup. have your mom take you to a slaon wheer they will teach you how to put make up on. Also dress nicely be yoruself and be very stylin. I get all of my clothes at holliseter, forever 21, abercrombie, places like that. you may not have that kind of money but walmart or some less expensive stores always carry good fashion. Try getting uggs or a coach purse or just basically show him you cna look good but be yourself. Talk to him flirt with him. Hang out with him. But most of all just be yoruself and guys will notice you...

well personally people in my town and in my grade usually right when they start going out they go into their aim profiles and put i love you "boysname" i alwyas do that too. i think your just saying it. my best friend abbey and her boyfriend luke were going out for more than 2 years before they said it and they really meant it. you could just be saying it but you know when you really mean it.

OK well im a 13/f and when I was little and still now if like i do somthing "bad"..or i get my dad mad...he'll like hit me...and like i dont know if thats really considered abuse..well see this all came up because my friend jessica was tellin us how she stayed out late and her dad got really mad and she called her mom and was like i think dads gunna hit me cuz hes really mad but if he lays a hand on me ill call the cops...so that just got me thinkin to myself...is what my dad does considered abuse or just a way of him "punishing" me. And he doesnt just like "spank" me he usually uses a hard stick and hits me a few times and ive gotten a couple of bruises

this soudns kinda serious... if you have no on to tell. teachers are always available to talk guidance counselors anyone bu tyou have to tell someone. my dad hits me sometimes too but not liek so i get bruises hes just gdoes it cuz im a cheerleader and hes like you have to be tough so he jokes around but in your case it sounds kind aserious so yes i would definetly take this serious and tell someone.

well i am very athletic and i am very skinny and im 13 years old and only weigh 90 pounds so personally i would do lots of sports. first i would eat smart start cereal every morning and do tons of crucnhes.. if that doesnt help then i would try getting a trainer. but bacially you are what you eat. so im nto saying eat less just dont each as much junk food. if your gonna eat a lot eat healthy foods.
