OK. The biggest thing is dont drink pop. Do a lot of sit-ups and make them hard by holding like a evey ball in your hand. Also Do like 55 yeard sprints like 10-15 times and do every one under about 21 seconds, trust me you will feel the burn. And if you dont feel any burn after all that then your not working hard your just cheatting your self then.

Because weight is lost from the body as a whole, no exercises will directly reduce fat from only your abdominal area. However, the following is a simple set of exercises that will help you reduce your overall weight and help shape those abs. Assuming you don't have any medical conditions that would prevent you from doing the following, I would recommend a cardiovascular workout, i.e. walking, jogging, treadmill (at least 15 minutes a day) 4 days a week. Crunches and or sit ups, atleast 3 sets of 10, 4 days a week. This is only to get you accustomed to working out, you may add to your workout as you become more accustomed to exercising. Eat healthy balanced meals with hearty portions of fruits and vegetables with healthy snacks in between and drink water instead of sugary fruit juices. You don't have to starve yourself or avoid carbs, simply eat smaller healthier portions.

crunches start with like 20 and try to double the ammount every day and dancing! but for dancing make sure you stretch first cause it kinda hurts to pull muscles. You should at least do it 3 days a week and if you feel to strained out by it take a day of rest! Don't over do it or your just going to hurt yourself.
you could just click on veiw answers and get some suggestions that way too.
