I have a problem with bad breath...i always brush my teeth, i chew mint gum CONSTANTLY and i eat mints all the time, and yet my breath still stinks, what can i do to make it fresh?!?!?!
RockStoleMySoul answered Monday December 5 2005, 5:54 pm: FIrst off...stop eating the mints and gum. all of that sugar just gathers together on your tongue, creating the bad breath.. Stick to the brushing and talk to your doctor next time you see him. but definetley stay away from the gum unless it's a special occasion or so. hco_babe answered Monday December 5 2005, 11:51 am: mints should work, but the mint gum only makes your breath worse! ask your doctor if it doesn't help to stop chewing that. [ hco_babe's advice column | Ask hco_babe A Question ]

BlueEyedBlondie725 answered Sunday December 4 2005, 11:21 pm: Try to brush your teeth REALLY good (not saying you don't) and then brush your tongue good!! That's where most of the stink comes from!
&& then try to put the listerine strip in your mouth. Then chew gum or put mints in your mouth!!
If that still doesn't work, see a dentist and see what he/she says!
I hope this helps and if you need anything else leave a message in my inbox!
MFS answered Sunday December 4 2005, 10:04 pm: Have you seen a dentist about it? It could be signs of other health issues... seriously.
Also, consider how often you floss, if you use things like Listerine, if you currently have a sinus infection, and what you've eaten recently. All those things will affect the quality of odor of your breath. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
