Kr4z3y_Ch3lly answered Tuesday December 13 2005, 7:30 pm: if its a male then thats why. males "spray" (which is urine) to mark their territory. the way you can fix it is by getting him "fixed". :] good luck!
hersheylover answered Sunday December 11 2005, 11:06 pm: it sounds like your cat is spraying..he is matured so now he is marking his territory..this means you should get him fixed or else he will continue to do this...getting him fixed will also prevent him from running away..because he wont feal the urge to go find a female cat. i know..this all happened to my cat..it ended up getting run over..trust me..please get your cat fixed..its the best for everyone!
you can call different vets and see how much they charge for the procedure...i think it is around $100 but it is soo worth it if you love your cat

MsAnswers answered Tuesday December 6 2005, 5:29 pm: he is probably marking his sanctuary he could also have a bladder or urinating problem....you can always nueter him....also...this also works for dogs....after he pees somewhere...clean it up however you clean it up then sprinkle the spot with vinegar...not to much so that you can smell it...just enough for the cat to smelkl it...this prevents the cat from peeing there ever again....after a little bit (a couple of days to a couple of weeks) reclean the spot to get rid of the smelll...the cat still knows not to pee there in most cases
Alleycat45227 answered Monday December 5 2005, 1:33 pm: well you can train it so it won't pee everywhere...and if he ain't neotured then that is probaly the reason it really depends on how old he is to get neotured...cause i understand why you won't get him neotured then because he ain't old enough or it is to much money...hoped i helped...

Chicken_flavored_eggs answered Sunday December 4 2005, 4:21 pm: Is your cat new? If it is, it may not have been litter box trained correctly. Is it neutered? It may be marking its territory if it hasn't been. It may just be a bad kitty. And if it is just a bad kitty, look into obedience training. It is not just for pooches you know... If all else fails, talk to your local kitty doctor. He/she will have tips and possibly references for you. [ Chicken_flavored_eggs's advice column | Ask Chicken_flavored_eggs A Question ]
orphans answered Sunday December 4 2005, 3:45 pm: he is marking his teritory... has he been neutored? like you know had is balls chopped off lol, if not this is probably the reason for it. ask your vet and they will organise it for you. or you could talk to your vet and they will give you a number of different ideas that you could try out to make him stop doing it. hope this helped plz rate me xx [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
