I have a pony so I know :P. I would recomend a blade. (nothing to hurt). You can find those at petsmart.com . Or a mane-pulling comb. You should ask someone how to acually PULL the mane.

My friend had this problem. 1) has anything new came into your family (like a baby/new pet/ect?). 2) are you giving the cat ebough attention?

This isn't exactly pets, but it's the closest one.
In my neighborhood, a stray dog keeps wandering around. It's eating grass and the fur around the joints is gone. I feel really bad for the dog, but my mom won't let me take him in. Everytime I go inside to get a number for an animal shelter, he runs away. I need an idea on what to do. (link)

I know people prob. said this but Put clean food and water in an enclosed area. Then when you see the dog co in close the dog in the area. Dont cause him/her too much stress + make sure there is food/water. Then when the adoption people come to take him he will be waiting. It seems like he is really hanging on a thread (if he is eating grass ((when they eat grass they are normally sick)). And have the shelter number ready with you whenever you see him...(keep it in a pocket or something.

I have two 1 year (and maybe older) cats. One's a Boy and another is a Girl. They Fight everytime they see each other. So we have to separate them. Like one Will Be In one room with the door closed and another will be in another room! What Can I Do to Make Them Stop!?!? (link)

Gradually introduce them....like through a baby gate. And SUPROVISE. They are probobley getting tarritorial and wanting all attention to themselves. So make sure you dont give one more attention than the other. And feed them in spereate rooms. I dont think its a death-fight, its just to see whos stronger. Don't let it get out of hand. Dont worry.

I've always been an animal lover but i feel like i need to do something to help. I was searching on ways to help animals when i came across a video on the web (http://www.petatv.com/tvpopup/Prefs.asp?video=free_me_video) and I want to do something to help. Not just something like donating, i want to stop it all, but it's impossible. All the sites i look at, its just asking for donations, but i feel like it doesnt help that much, i want to put a stop to all of it because its so horrible. And i have so much passion towards animals. I just need someone to help me and tell me what i can do to make a big difference because i feel like i can, and i really really do want to, but how?

As a former pet lover myself :) I understand. I want to do the same thing. I have thought of a few ideas to get the point across to people. You could always put notices in your local or city-wide news paper saying "if you dont want your animals or mistreating them stop! And surrender them over to the Resques." Or at a park, hold a "pet day", where people can bring their pets and have a great time and realize how fun and how anyone could ever abuse them (you could aslo have an adoption agencey at the park). One person can do so much and I think if we all help one day animal curelty can be stopped. :)
