yes you have alot of answers and I havent looked at them but I KNOW for SURE petsmart.com does. And petco.com. Those are the most reliable websites.

petco has clothes for dogs. like little sweaters and raincoats and shirts. i don't know if they have clothes for dogs THAT small though, but you can look =) [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
