Try another orthodontist. And ask if he might be able to try a stronger glue.

Much love

Well, i'm pretty sure that if you break the wire they will repare it for free, but if the brace comes off (like in your case) it's not free. Every orthodontist has different rules, so i would maybe ask him/her about it. I also have some tips so you don't break them again (some are obvious):

1. Don't eat sticky candy (obvious i know) the sugar in the candy will wear out the glue causing it to weaken and break.

2. Avoid hard foods such as the candied nuts you get in NYC, lollipops, and even corn on the cob! These foods will damage the wires and may break a bracket

3. Brush around the brackets well so you et rid of any sugar that may be breaking down the glue.

4. Chew SUGARLESS gum. They only tell you not to chew gum because they're afraid you are going to chew the kind with sugar. As said before sugar breaks down glue.

So try to avoid tons of sugar because it really is the main cause for you brackets to break!

Good luck with your braces...they will come of soon (mine just did)!!

Well, about the breaking issue. Try not to eat hard candy or anything chewy for awhile. Tell your dentist that you keep having trouble with them, and he/she will most likely try to fix the problem. Some dentists repair them for free, and some charge. It shouldn't cost that much, but again, just depends.

^^PLEASE let me know if I helped or not!

well if its the wire you broke they will replace that for free along with the bands but if its the acually braces as long as you keep them the cost should be minimal unless you broke alot of them off. if its just one or 2 they prob. wont have a prob with replacing them for free. just be more careful

depending on what doctor you go to it could be a high or low price. Why dont you go into your doctors of give them a call and ask them. Sometimes it might not even cost anything because its probably the dentists fault that your braces broke. >3

If you have insurance that covers the cost of the braces then when you go to get them fixed they won't ask you for any money.

Yea they always seem to break more when you first get at least mine did them so don't worry.
