cutting hair

Question Posted Saturday November 26 2005, 8:06 pm

I want to cut my hair but my dad won't let me. It's all the way down to my elbows and I really want it down to 2 inches below my shoulders but my dad won't let me. My mom says it's ok. Is there any way I can reason with him?

tell him its your hair and mom says its ok and ask why he doesnt think its a good idea. or comprimise and ask him if you could just get a few inches off. then eventually he will come around and you'll be able to get the hair cut you want.

Tell him that it isn't right for him to make this decision for you about cutting your hair or not because it is your hair.
Tell him because of the length it gets in your way and takes to long to do your hair in the morning.
Tell him that you just want a new style and for him to give you a good enough reason why he won't let you cut your hair.

Tell him that it's really bothering you because it takes so long to brush it and get ready in the morning for school and that you think it will look nicer if its a little shorter. You can also then tell him that if he lets you cut it you will donate it, thats always nice.
hope i helped a little and good luck.
