Uhm. You can include his devotion to you, strength, confidence, loyalty, kindness, compliments, sense of humor, and smile. The way he talks, the way he makes you laugh, the way he calls you at any time, the way he says "I love you" to you, the way he makes you feel, the way he shows you off, the way he understands you, the things he does, and how he's always there for you.
Those are just a few reasons that I could think of. Just think of simple things like that and I'm sure you'll end up with your 100 reasons.

No. Sorry. It's just that I'm not you, don't know your boyfriend, don't love your boyfriend, and don't know why you love your boyfriend. You're pretty much the only one who can come up with this. All I can tell you is to type it all nice and neat on pretty paper with maybe a Christmas border or a romantic background.
Though if I were going to come up with some ideas, here would be a few:
-You've never locked me in a coal bin.
-You are less annoying than my cat.
-You look almost as good as Prince Zuko without his shirt.
-You're not a stalker.
-One time, you made me a steaming bowl of ramen. It was very good.
-You like The Beatles.
-You never disrespect me.
-You've never cheated on me.
-You're not a serial killer.
-You have a beautiful Norwegian accent.
-You have the most gorgeous ultra-marine eyes.
-You have a good job.
-You have strong family values.
-You like to save injured baby birds.
