my ribs show grr. so i want to gain some weight..but what should i be eating/drinking to stay healthly? i'm 5'0, 14, and I weigh 85. (high metabolism, yo)

Andrew is right...things like pasta and whole grains will definitely help you bulk out HEALTHILY. As will working out with weights. Make sure you don't go and pig out on junk though. Banana and peanut butter sandwhiches are incredible for this also...two a day. x x x ]
well you deffinetely dont want to go to get a feeding tube !! so i would say just eat healthfully the way you noramlly would.

You need to eat foods that are high in protien; like when your hungry you should snack on things like peanuts and almonds. Also eating healthy meals like fish and chicken is good!

Don't binge on bad fatty foods. It's great that you want to gain weight (healthily), so you should be eating alot of good protein like nuts (almonds), and bananas as fruits.
Avacados are ahhmazzing as well, and very healthy.

I would totally talk to your parents and visit a nutritionist. They can set you up on a weight-gain diet that is healthy & will help you gain the weight you need. I really DON'T recommend eating extra junk food & fast food. That is just going to produce fat that you don't want. Try exercising. That will help you build muscle. And remember:: Muscle weighs more than fat! But again, I would definately recommend going to a nutritionist =) ]
holy frikin cow you are lucky! lol. Hmm, I dont know WHY you would want to gain weight...but if you did there is always staying up late, eating junk food, and the all important SONIC.

Instead of trying to gain weight by eating, try gaining it by working out. Lift and run everyday and get in a regular routine. As a teenager you'll be amazed how fast you'll see results with consistent effort and work ethic. It'll look a lot better than fat you might gain from eat McDonald's everyday too. If you get really into it you can start taking the protein shakes and stuff each morning. It's really fulfilling emotionally too. It sounds kinda gay but you'd be surprised. Pasta, lots and lots of pasta. Whole Grain Bread and Water is a healthy way to gain weight, but you have to balance it out by eating other foods, because if you just eat grain and water it'll block you up(constipation). Trust me, it is the like a mad awesome way to gain weight.
