what eyeshadow colors would look good on me? my skin is light tan. i have dark brown eyes. my hair is currently..black. people told me greens and purples but i dont know.. i like other colors >.<

I think for your complexion you should use pink like a kind of dark pink. I also use white. Actually with your type of skin any color would look good if you have a light tan. If you use dark colors and makes your eyes and face stand out more which is a good thing.

well since you have brown eyes i`d wear some eyeliner on your eyes to bring em out and also i`d wear bronze colors,grays and pretty much whatever you want would look good.. ♥ Dez

I, too, have dark brown eyes, with dark brown hair, and a tan complexion. A lot of the time I pick my make up according to my outfit, but not always. I go with a lot of light purples, suttle pinks, and *TONS* of white. I also choose to use A LOT of black eyeliner -- I find that Really appreciates brown eyes. But here's a tip: to get your eyeshadow to last alllllllllll day, put some body lotion, or Petroleum Jelly on first, THEN apply the shadow. Also, there's this technique I ALWAYS do, called "Shadowing". It creates this AWESOME smokey affect!! You simply put on the color eyeshadow you wish to wear, then using a bristle brush, dab a bit of gray eye shadow over it!! I find it to be gorgeous, so I never leave the house without it!! :D

Any color would look great. Greens,browns,golds,plums,dark blues and grays will look really good. My eyes are brown and my hair is brown and those colors look the best.

well im thinkin also dark brawn eye showows will give a bronzer look to your eyeswhich qould look god with your skin and if you do wear green make sure its kinda darker green and who ever told you purple was outter there mind also a light pink would look ood
