Get to know her and find out if she likes you. If you like her, just be friends first, and then tell her how you feel so it won't scare her at first. If you're afraid to tell her, just flirt and see what she does back. Compliment her and try to talk to her once in awhile (dont stalk her though). Do what your insticts tell you. <3

I think that you should ask to go to the movies and hang out but if you want to feel more comfortable with her then bring some friends and double date or something. Ask if she wants to go out as b/f and g/f. she says yes then you guys go out and hang out. Hold hands talk write notes. kiss. You kinda have to do in the moment there are no directions into getting a girl.
