talking and looking in the eye
whenever i talk to someone i cant really look at them in the eye and i look around.. what can i do so i can acutally LOOK at them in the eye when im talking to them?

*shrugs* Why do you feel uncomfortable looking people in the eyes? I prefer to make eye contact so people know I'm paying attention to them.

i know this is stupid but i cant so that either!!!!its even stupider saying that i look in their mouth and at their features and hair and stuff...its stupid but it works for me!!!

Think of something that doesn't intimidate you. Like, think of it as looking a puppy in the eye. I know how lame that sounds but it might help.
Try to imagine them even as a really nice and awesome person. Try to be the intimidating one even. Just tell yourself "I'm going to look you in the eyes when I talk to you/someone."

i do the same thing eather you try as hard as you can to look in to their eyes or you tell them sorry but i have to look around (if you dont they will think u have low self estem)

I don't know anything that can help but I do have this to say--
If you look at someone's nose or any other feature other than their eyes, they can tell. Just like you can tell when someone is looking you in the eye or not. So don't do that becasue it's weird.

you dont have to look in there eyes when people talk to me i look right between there eyes like at the nose almost and they cant even tell...

Uh fyi I DON'T think you should look at their nose, lips, forhead, etc. because then they might think something is on their face. lol. So just look into their eyes. But its not that bad not to look at someones eyes just make sure you do a little bit. If you are looking around at everything BUT them they will either think you don't care about them OR they will lose interest in what you are talking about. Just try for like 1 second then build up and up to like 4 or 5 seconds etc. Good luck!

There's not much you can do about it. Try focusing between their eyes.

i'm opposite. i have to look at someone in the eye, because then idk it bugs me lol. juss try to concentrate on looking at them in the eye, because it's respectful. like you don't want to try explaining them a story er something and they're looking at the wall over there.
