yes u can but its useless...cuz the tampon aborbs moisture and it would soak uo the water and then you would think that you wouldnt have to change it and then you would leak...not good.......so take it out then shower and cleans it down there you'll feel better...WELL if you need more advice e-mail me at bigJ2009

duh yes you can shower with a tampon in and you can even swim with a tampon in so you are safe nothing will happen to you water is basically the reason why they made tampons so i hope i helped

yeah... you can shower with a tampon in if you want... i personaly take it out so that i can get all clean (( down there l0l )) but you can do whatever... its not gonna hurt anything if you dont take it out.

Yes, you can shower with a tampon in. But why bother with it? You can just as easily shower with nothing in. It all goes down the drain. It does not stain the shower. But do not be embarassed, I had to ask my mother about it the first time I had my period.

Hey in short, yes you can. If you are wanting to do this because you just pit it in and its not ready to come out the water will make it a little easier for you to take out. You could also try going pee before, but yeah you can shower with it. :)
