i dont know if you would want to do this, but i always thought the perfect kiss would be outside while its raining. Theres just something so....romantic about a kiss in the rain. hope i helped!

well make it special. make it somethign she will remember for ever. like candle light dinner then go for it. or hold her close and kiss her forhead and then her nose then her cheek then her lips (i love when my man does this) good luck. and dont mind the other person who answered. some people have no life just like to annoy ppl.
