My girlfriend...
I need help... I have really suicidal times... and tonight was the worse... I almost slit my throat... my girlfriend didnt seem to care... she says she loves me but she wouldnt talk to me and kept ignoring me and making it worse... i tried to tell her i needed her but she rushed me off and hung up... what should i do...

no slitting throats first of all. thats one mistake you can't ever fix or take back.
next, take a deep breath and let it out slowly. you odviously need help right?so go get yourself some help. go to the school pyschologist,and tell them how you feel. tell your parents how you feel and tell them what you almost did. try going to a pyschologist or checking yourself into a mental hospital for a little bit. or if none of that works, try doing yoga to let some of the negative energy go or join a gym to get out the frustration. have a xanga or a journal to keep alll of your thought in. and if you need anything else, just tell me and i'd be more than happy to help.

Hmm.. I'm not saying what she did was justified, but some people don't know how to deal with things like that. She probably didn't want to say the wrong thing. Still, I agree that she should be there for you no matter what. I'm just trying to see it from her perspective.
If your girlfriend doesn't seem to be helping, tell someone else. I'm sure you have other friends. You could tell your parents as well, but if you don't feel comfortable with this, tell another trusted adult. Or alternatively talk to a counsellor. People are trained to deal with this type of thing.
I don't know what you're going through, but put it into perspective. Is it going to matter in a month's time, a years time? Is it worth throwing your entire life away? No matter what it is, the answer is no. There's always an alternative to suicide, turn your life around, get certain people out of your life.

Find another girlfriend. People who care for you do not treat people they love like that. Find someone who will treat you as you deserve to be treated and send this one packing.
If a person makes you feel bad enough to consider suicide, they are clearly not the right one for you. You are supposed to be happy with the one you love, not depressed to that level. Get tough and dump her. :)

If you told her you were going to do it, you just want the attention. The only people who are truly suicidal are the ones that nobody knows are suicidal.

Okay. I don't think your girlfriend intentionally meant to come off as mean as she did. When you were on the phone with her did you TELL her about your suicidal thoughts? If you did, that probably scared her and made her uncomfortable. And if she doesn't know about your situation, I suggest you tell her and ask her for support. If she TRULY cares about you she'll be willing to help you out. Now, don't take this the wrong way, but if you're worried abut your self, maybe you should talk to a psychiatrist?
Please don't do anything to hurt yourself. Committing suicide doesn't solve any problems and it will just cause other to feel pain like you are. I'm here if you have anything else to say.

She's not that good of a girlfriend if she can't even be there for you in times like these. I think you should try to get help from like a psychiatrist or something, maybe that would help. But, that's your call. Talk to her and tell her how you feel. Good luck!
