is it true that if you were born in the 1990's that you cant egt your licences until you are 18? i live in california and i was wondering if it is true. thanks so much. i will rate.

Well I live in Pa and I heard a rumor like that too. Check with one of your schools driver's education teachers or have you parents call the DMV and ask about it.

i dont think thats true. atleast not where i live. i know people who were born in the 90's who are getting their licenses in a few months. i hope thats not true! good luck, hope this helps

Well, of course it is different in each state. But, they were saying that in Texas for the past 5 years but it isn't true here. You can check with a driving school to find out though.

I heard about that. I live in Texas, but I've heard a little different. They're still thinking about it. At first it started people born in 1990's, and then it changed to past December of 1990. So this law desices if I get my license in a couple months, or in two years.
