I dont think you sould like your overweight all you have to do is get some cream that makes stretch makes go away if your that worried about it and just start cutting back on sodas and try to eat littler portions or healthier food.
Hope I Helped!

TheHeadHonchoPoncho57 answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 9:35 pm: It's slightly overweight. Not enough to be fat, but it's a little overweight. If you can lose about 5 lbs, you'll be alright. And I'm sorry that kids are so mean to you. I really am. But if you eat lots of vegetables and do REASONABLE weight loss, not anorexic or anything, but just kind of cut the carbs and junk food, you'll be fine. Trust me :)
guitargirl answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 9:33 pm: NO WAY you are NOT over weight (repeat this to yourself as nessisary). according to my doctor he said there's a rule for women called the five foot rule-for ever inch about five feet you add five pounds to one hundred so if your five feet you should be exactly one hundered (or somewhere close to there) and on and on so for you are EXACTLY what the rule is saying. good job and when those people tell you you're fat just tell them that you're NOT and that you're way healthier then those anorexic thin people!
hope i help (and please don't take this the wrong way if you ARE rly thin and you read this because peopl have diferent needs with diferent body shapes, same for the girls who are larger than the five foot rule for the same reason above)
GDROB answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 9:20 pm: Hi,
Send me a feedback form later as I may have found an easy one to use for a chart. It's a royal pain in the ass looking up Body Mass Index when I haven't a damn clue if the person on the other end of this
question is American, Canadian or Eurpoean or Japanese to be serious. Why does that matter? Well everyone seems to either go by pound, stone, inch and it is royally screwing up my mathematics versus height and weight ratios.
Also screw the word fat as far as we ought to be concerned apply it to stuff you cut off of meat rather than girls and women. Use tact "obese" "overweight" etc and do it with delicate as some have glands issues, heredity or just may need to shed pounds or not. For Christ sake, our society thought Mary-Kate thin as a rail Olsen was overweight. Look what happened? NOBODY is going to LOOK LIKE A MOVIESTAR. IT'S ALL FAKED.
Learn that first and like yourself. Send me a form for the BMI chart as I can tell you once I find
a universal one how off or close to your weight you are. I know a ton of dietitians and right now right here can make up a great diet for you to
safely come in between where you ought to be.
Also, first thing tomorrow see a doctor and do not go by me on it all. Ask for your BMI readout and then tell himmedications you are on (some increase weight), set up exercise routine and then get one of the diets that are low fat that I myself use
and dropped 30 pounds on. The thing is you have
to do weight in one-4 pounds a week to be safe. Losing more than that is not healthy and results
in re-gaining and or fatigue. The reason most people gain it back is because of fatigue feeling they need fuel, medications, and then non-adherance.
No matter what size you may be rejoice in who you are. You are more me than they are and entertaining etc than anyone poking fun. Are you sure it was 500 people? I don't know that many myself. Do not exaggerate or be upset about this--it's something you can do something about if
an issue. The flipside of this is maybe you weigh the right amount and they are jealous of it. Happens. I don't know. Anyways, ping me I'll find a chart. [ GDROB's advice column | Ask GDROB A Question ]
