i really need someones help!!! ok so i am 17 and over the last 3 days i have been so hungry i have just wanted to eat and thats it. Today i ate a whole bowl of rice all to myself and i did not even feel full up i think i am Ill. I went to the doctors the other day cus my neck was swollen they looked at my tounge and ears and said it was fine. but seriously i can't stop eating... what shall i do.
My best advice to you would be too keep making healthy choices like rice, and make sure you aren’t eating out of boredom or because you are nervous. Also drink a lot of water or fruit juices, being better hydrated might reduce the hunger and pretty much everyone could use to drink more water.

a> do more stuff, if your bored, you eat
b> keep warm, the colder you are the more you eat, simply as when your body burns food it produces heat, so you need more food to keep warm... so just make sure your plenty warm at all times
c> get yourself checked out for worms (serious) its a common thing, i have had worms, all it takes is a simple worming tablet and your all good again :) it doesnt mean your unhygenic or anything, if you have been near animals.. its so easy to get worms from them.. alot of animals have worms..

There are a lot of possible explanations for your unusual hunger. You might be going through a growth spurt, unlikely as it might seem. It might be a reflection of an emotional problem that you haven't mentioned. It could be caused by a physical problem of some sort, a disease or illness.
We just don't know. We CAN'T know.
But your doctor should. From your question, it's not clear whether you told him or her about your hunger. If not, you should. If you did, call them back and tell them that the problem is still there and you are worried about it.
Sorry, but all we can do here is tell you to use your willpower to try to stop...which will only help if you're just being greedy. It doesn't sound as if that's the case, though.
